Rachel didn't choose to understand ADHD.
Life chose for her.
Living with ADHD herself and raising a son with it, she knows the daily reality: the brilliant ideas that evaporate mid-sentence, the shame of "why can't I just...?", the exhaustion of working 3 times harder just to ...
After co-founding Latin America's first eco-friendly dry-cleaning business (ADHD entrepreneurship in action), life threw her a curveball, the sudden loss of her first husband. In that breaking-open moment, she stopped trying to fix herself and started understanding how she actually worked.
Rachel earned a Master's in Applied Linguistics, and as a university professor, she discovered that the words we use literally shape our reality. The story of "I'm lazy," "I'm broken," "I'm too much" becomes your prison. Rachel partners with you so you can rewrite your story.
With 600+ professionals coached (including Fortune 500 leaders), an ICF PCC credential plus advanced training in Ontological, Business, Systemic, and Agile Coaching, she brings both lived experience and serious expertise.
Rachel doesn't do surface fixes. She works systemically -emotional, mental, physical, relational... because your ADHD brain doesn't exist in a vacuum. It exists in relationship to everything: your family patterns, your nervous system, your career, your sense of purpose.
